This project focused on structuring a cohesive narrative system across Ocean House—aligning the full building experience while culminating in its highest expression: a $70M penthouse translated into a controlled narrative environment where architecture, editorial and brand operate as one.
The Penthouse Book was conceived as the physical manifestation of this system. An object where narrative, materiality and perception are fully controlled.

Ocean House Surfside represents a new standard in luxury residential living—where discretion, atmosphere and architectural clarity define the experience.
The project required more than visual refinement. It demanded alignment between brand narrative, spatial experience, cultural perception and market positioning.
